"Band Sealing machine seals the product whose weight is up to to 5 kg. The height of the machine is adjustable according to the length required. Also, the equipment has a variable speed conveyor. it is fully adjustable as well. As its conveyor has the capacity of golding up to 5 kg, therefore it is specialized in the packaging of heavy pouches. Nitrogen suction can also be connected to the durability of the product. This equipment can seal the large packets of tea/ coffee, powder, chemical, pharmaceutical, spices, seed, snacks and many more. There's no requirement of handy operation. One just needs to put the filled pouches beneath the conveyor i.e. on the roller bands. With due heat and applied pressure by the sealing machine, the product is sealed. Thus through the band, the product moves forward and then it is released on the other end. It is a very simple and fast process with no need for technical skills. Vertical Band Sealer without PID controller seals only laminated pouches.
