As the name suggests: It is the semi-automatic Machine that seals the cup perfectly. The machine is said to be automatic because we just need to place the cup in the holder and the machine will automatically cut the film and seal the edge of the cup. The plastic film is placed into the roller to the machines. This cup sealer is ideal for packaging beverages such as cup water, tea, milk, soup, Juice, Lassi, etc. This results in saving time, effort and power as the machine cutter cuts the film and seals the cup accordingly. This machine is majorly used in the packaging of beverages. This machine seals the cup having the width of diameter 80-95 mm. Also, the time can be adjusted for sealing per cup i.e. This machine seals 8-10 cups per minute. Also, the film, attached to the machine is auto rewind using a sensor. The temperature can be set according to the thickness of the film. Though, it is very easy to operate. Specifications- 1.
